Vitosha View is a gated complex at the foothills of Vitosha Mountain, which offers classic urban environment, combined with home atmosphere and the greenery of a beautiful garden. Vitosha View gated complex enjoys an attractive location, set amidst the Vitosha Mountain and the central part of Sofia.

The first stage of construction includes the construction of two buildings sharing a common courtyard and an underground parking zone. Some of the ground floor apartments have panoramic mountain view; other third floor apartments enjoy a view to Vitosha Mountain, Sofia and Stara Planina. The penthouses on the top floors of the two buildings have panoramic views in almost all directions. The apartments come with high ceilings on each floor from the first to the one below the last floor (namely 3.05 meters according to construction and 2.86 meters of light area), while the penthouse apartments on the last floor come with ceilings of up to 4.51 m height.

With a possible density of 60%, the built-up area of the buildings will be less than 50%. The purpose is to keep maximum space for landscaping, including a children's playground area, relaxation area with benches and a barbecue area.

The second stage of construction includes the implementation of another two buildings sharing a common courtyard. All apartments in Building 3 will come with bright height of 2.65 m (construction height of 2.85 m), cellar and a parking lot. The allowed density of construction in Building 3 is 50%, yet only 35% of the plot will be constructed to secure maximum greenery. In Building 3 we are offering an option for combination of several apartment units. NB!The 34 apartments in Building 4 are also available for preliminary sales now. The choice is between one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The complex is located on a quiet street, with direct access to "Cherni Vrah" Blvd. at the very end of Krastova Vada District, within walking distance from the food store "Fantastico" in Dragalevtsi District. It is placed just a few hundred meters below the Ring Road of the capital and is less than 100 meters from the future metro station and the bus stop for bus lines 64, 66, 93, 98 and 122. In close proximity are to be found several modern sport complexes with tennis and football fields, etc. A few minutes drive away is situated the first station of the Dragalevtsi chairlift that leads to the main Vitosha ski area.
