About the complex
The complex is a five-storey building, consisting of two blocks with two entrances. There is a lift in each block.
All apartments have a wonderful view to the sea, pine woods, the bay, the city of Byala, the Balkans and the marina for boats and yachts.
All apartments are finished to “turnkey” with fully equipped bathrooms and air-conditioning. There is an option of furnishing the apartment and installation of the “warm floor” system upon request and at customer’s expense. All apartments will have telephone, with the number of St. Petersburg or Moscow (at customer's choice). The studios might be planned with partition walls, separating living area from the kitchen box or from the sleeping zone. The complex has a swimming pool with children's section, lounge area with umbrellas and shower and a kid’s corner. The yard is fenced; there are parking spaces on the open air parking lot.

The complex has been officially put into operation.
The annual maintenance fee of the complex - 10 Euros per sq.m.
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
