Sozopol Summer Resort
Sozopol is one of the most romantic and beautiful resorts on the Black Sea coast. Divided into an Old and a New Town, Sozopol is a pleasant town lying on a small peninsula set in the Bourgas Bay. From almost every corner there are spectacular sea views, narrow winding streets, overshadowed by fig trees, appealing two-storey wooden houses with little gardens, historical remnants of fortresses and amphitheatres. An ancient necropolis was found in Sozopol in 1993 and excavations are still going on. For recreation, there are various family restaurants, many cocktail bars and night clubs where prices of food and beverages are quite competitive compared with the rest of the summer holiday destinations. The resort is situated approximately 35 km south of Bourgas city and the airport. At the same time it is set at the foot of the Strandja Mountain nature reserve.
Two kilometers north of Sozopol is the isle of St. Ivan. Also close by is the Ropotamo River nature reserve which is famous for its rock formations, turtles and water lilies and is idea for short day trips. You can also visit beaches could visit the Arkoutino and the Alepou Beaches that are set 15 km south of Sozopol.

Sozopol Bay View Complex was carefully planned to make most of the natural setting and designed in such a way as to create comfortable holiday homes. The five apartment houses are constructed with natural stone and wood materials of high quality, to create a specific exterior, and individual look. The garden is carefully landscaped and decorated with various traditional plants.
Maintenance Fee
The maintenance fee for all apartment units in Sozopol Bay View complex is 8 Euros per sq. m (VAT exclusive) and covers:
• Maintenance of the common parts
• Maintenance of the green areas
• Maintenance of the swimming pool
• Gardening, etc.

The Sozopol Bay View apartments come fully furnished and ready to be used.
Reservation of apartments
Any apartment at Sozopol Bay View could be immediately reserved with a non-refundable holding deposit of 1500 Euro. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the developer within 28-30 days, as a proof of the payment made.
Payment Plan
• 1500 Euros holding deposit, non-refundable
• 30 % of the purchase price minus the deposit within 28-30 days upon signing a preliminary contract
• 70 % upon transferring of the ownership rights
