The small village of Tyulenovo is located in North-East Bulgaria, at the Black Sea coast, very close to the Romanian border. The distance to Kavarna is about 20 km, 40 km to Balchik, 10 km to Rusalka beach resort, and 80 km to Varna International airport. Situated parallel to the coastline Tyulenovo offers seclusion, proximity to the sea and virgin nature. The coast near the village is rocky and suitable for fishing. There are sandy beaches in close proximity.
The plot has a total area of 20 700 sq.m. and it has length of 120 meters right next to the road.
A golf course will be built not far from the plot!
The land is only 200 meters from the sea and has a beautiful view to it!
