Pamporovo Pearl is a completely ready, luxurious apartment complex designed to suit a variety of discerning purchasers. The developer is servicing the complex and all single units. Full time stuff are working on the complex and take care of the management, maintenance and complete operation of Pamporovo Pearl. The annual maintenance charge (service fee) is 400 Euros and covers:
• Maintenance of communal areas and gardens
• Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• 24-hour security
• Standard repairs occuring from the normal use

LETTING AND RENTAL INCOME
BULGARIAN PROPERTIES can recommend a reputable local property management company that can organise the letting services and advertise the apartment among skiers and tourists. Full service and local assistance is provided to the tourists, as well as to the owners, such as key holding, payment of bills, property cleaning and washing of linen, change of consumables, rental collection, constant communication with the property owner by email or telephone, etc. If you are interested in generating rental income from your property, please inform our agent in advance, so that we can connect you with the recommended property management company.

FURNISHING
The apartments are offered for sale finished but unfurnished - kitchen appliances and cabinets are not included too.
Buyers will be offered complete furniture packs (inclusive fitted kitchens and everything else required for letting/use of the apartment) by our partners Furnish BG which will cost approx. 5500 Euros for a one-bedroom apartment. Clients will be offered a few options for furnishing, although we recommend buyers who are planning to rent out their apartments to match the approved furniture design of the building and order the standard furnishing pack which is most reasonably priced and designed for letting purposes. The quoted prices include absolutely everything needed for the apartment to be used for living immediately.

RESERVATION
Any apartment can be reserved immediately for a deposit of 1000 Euros.
BULGARIAN PROPERTIES charge 3% agency commission for purchasing at Pamporovo Pearl apartments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) Cash payment: Price must be paid within 45 days after reservation. The ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer immediately.
2) Deferred payment for 1 year with 7 % interest: The price must be paid on 4 equal installments for 1 year, each installment to be paid on every 3 months. The buyer can use the property or rent it out immediately, after the first installment is paid. The ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer after the last installment is paid.
