Golden Sands is the largest seaside resort on the northern coast in Bulgaria. Featuring a wonderful nature, green slopes down to the beach and sparkling sea. Reservation

You could make a reservation with a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the purchase price, payable in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. By paying the deposit deposit the property will be reserved for a period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and pay the next installment payment according to the payment plan below.

Payment Plan

• 10% - upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 90% - Upon finalizing the deal with the Notary.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES charges 3% agency commission payable at signing of the Preliminary Contract. Additional costs for notary fees, stamp duty etc. are approximately 6% of the purchase price.
