You could reserve this 2-bedroom apartment at Nikea Park Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

The agency commission is 3% of the price of the property and is payable within 14 days after signing of the preliminary contract.
