TERMS OF PAYMENT
Any apartment can be secured by sending a deposit of 1000 Euros, followed by a preliminary agreement between Bulgarian Properties Ltd. and the development company. Then you have to send 50% or the first payment. The second payment is 40% when the building is finished on shell stage in exchange for the Title Deed to the apartment and the remaining 10% of the price have to be paid after the apartments are completely finished, .
