This apartment is located on the 5th floor (fourth above the ground floor) in Excelsior - one of the most popular holiday developments in the resort of Sunny Beach. The development was built in 2007. It is set second line from the sea and the beach and is in close proximity to the central part of the resort (a 5 minute walk) and to all tourist attractions.

The development consists of 100 apartments and has a swimming pool (with zones for adults and children), a snack bar, a well maintained garden, and a reception area (which functions during the summer season). On the ground floor there is a restaurant, a food shop and other shops. The architecture is modern and the materials used during the construction and finishing works are top quality. The development was built by a reputable development company that has a few finished and functioning holiday complexes and hotels in the area of Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. However, Excelsior’s greatest asset is its location.

The apartment we offer for sale is a one-bedroom flat which faces the garden and the swimming pool of the development. The property also benefits from the fact that it is on a high floor (5th penultimate floor) which means a nice view and peace and quiet.
