Reservation Procedure
You could reserve this apartemnt immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or via bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and pay the next installments according to the payment plan.

Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission, payable upon signing of the Preliminary contract.

Payment Plan
10% upon signing of the Preliminary contract;
90% at the time of finalizing the deal with the Notary and receiving the Notary Deed.
