Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment in this building immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.
Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission payable when the first installment is due.
The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan
• 3% non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment
• 37% of the price upon signing the preliminary contract (the 3% reservation is deducted from that installment and 3% agency commission is paid at that stage)
• 40% of the price at reaching the shell stage (Notary Assignment 14)
• 10% of the price upon completion of the project and receiving of Notary Assignment 15
• 10% of the price upon full completion and receiving of Notary Assignment 16 (approximately July 2010)
