Description: Peaceful bay, golden sand dunes and beaches surround one of the best Black Sea resorts in the south of Bulgaria – Sozopol. The town is 34 km to the south of the regional centre – the city of Bourgas and runs along a dramatic coastline. Rich in history, today Sozopol is one of the Bulgarian tourist hotspots, an amalgamation of different architectural styles, combining ancient and modern times. The town is also famous for being the venue of cultural and artistic events, has well-developed tourist infrastructure, historic legacy, many small bays and islands, vegetation rich in variety and the second most important sand dunes in Bulgaria, as well as its reputation of a popular tourist destination, all of which make it a much-loved haven and a place with a high investment potential.
Location:The “Bujaka Beach” complex makes a wonderful investment and each apartment can be used as a second home or for recreation. The complex is on the waterfront, 50 metres away from the beach. The area is popular due to the wonderful opportunities it provides for windsurfing and underwater fishing. The complex includes 23 apartments, with a floor space for each one ranging from 45 sq. m. to 85 sq. m.; each of the apartments overlooks the sea. The total floor space of the complex is 1510 sq. m.
The Complex: The building has been constructed on a plot of land close to the sea shore with a fully constructed infrastructure, such as a road, parking lots, an alley and a garden. There is a wonderful view of the sea from each apartment. The apartments have been designed in accordance with the latest fashion and the modern building standards. Quality has been especially emphasized on in every stage of construction – from designing and planning to the finishing work. Only up-to-the-minute high quality techniques and materials have been used.
Exterior: The facades and the outer walls are with heat insulation and exterior silicone coating. The window framing is with Schuko profiles with glass type K, which is additional heat insulation. The infrastructure includes a parking lot with a space for each separate apartment.
Interior: All walls are made of brick covered with plaster board which has been coated and decorated in nice light shades of colour. The floorings in the common areas, the corridors, the kitchens and the bathrooms are granite, and the bathroom walls are with wall tiles. The interior doors are MDF and there is air-conditioning in every apartment; all the bathrooms are fully furnished. Apart from the regular electric circuits there are cables for telephone landlines, Internet and TV.
Distribution: Each apartment consists of a spacious living-room, a dining area and a kitchenette. The bathroom and toilet are fully furnished. The bedroom is air-conditioned and offers beautiful views of the Budzhaka beach. Each apartment has a separate balcony with chrome railings and granite flooring. With its incomparable sea views the balconies can be used as a romantic place for relaxation on warm summer nights.
