TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

PAYMENT PLAN
Prices are valid only upon payment of 100% of the price within one month of signing the preliminary contract of sale. The seller also offers a deferred payment of the price within one year, the purchaser is entitled to use the apartment after payment of 30% of the purchase price.
The possible schemes are as follows:
on amounts paid within one month of signing the preliminary contract - no extra charge;
on the amounts paid between two and six months after signing the preliminary contract appreciation of 3%;
